Introduction:
Sunter specializes in providing ketchup filling machine and production line for product fill of different viscosity materials. The complete set of equipment includes a bottle washing machine, a tunnel sterilization oven, a capping machine, a labeling machine, and a boxing unit to synthesize a complete set of this processing equipment.
The machine is a new generation of filling machine developed by our company with reference to foreign advanced technology. The ketchup filling machine adopts piston metering, integrates electromechanical and pneumatic, and is controlled by PLC. It has the characteristics of compact structure, reasonable design, accurate filling, stable and reliable operation, high work efficiency, and long service life. The ketchup production line is widely used for filling a variety of semi-fluid containing particles, sauces, pastes, ketchup, sesame paste and other filling quantities to choose from.
