Canned Sardines Processing Line

The canned sardines processing line is suitable for processing and producing cans of various fish, such as sardines, tuna, small yellow croaker, etc.
Treatment: Remove heads, scales, fins, and internal organs. Wash thoroughly and drain.
Salting: According to the specified salt water concentration, the time is 10 to 20 minutes. The ratio of salt water to fish is 1:1, or use 2% refined salt to marinate for 30 minutes. Rinse once with clean water and drain the water.
Cooking and dehydration: After canning the raw fish, add salt water and cook at 90 to 95°C for 30 to 40 minutes. The dehydration rate should be controlled to 20%. Drain the soup and add tomato juice in time.
